At 3E, we always place customer experience at the top of our priority list and this has been done through consistent efforts including but not limited to investing a significant amount of resources on building up a comprehensive set of standard internal SOPs and software systems, by providing our employees with detailed training guidance and consistently upgrading our services in accordance with the current latest standards and guidelines.
We also truly value each talent who has joined 3E and contributed to the success of the company and we are sincerely grateful for your time with us, though we might have parted ways due to varying reasons.
At 3E, talents are viewed as the most valuable investments and this is echoed not only through our deep-rooted believe in an autonomous workforce where we have rolled out a full set of HR initiatives including but not limited to a permanent work-from-home scheme based on a trust-model, flexible staggered working hours, time-off systems, honour-based leave system and also the different stages of incentives for our employees throughout the year but this is also reflected in our vision and mission statements; and our core values -professional, innovation, synergy, passion - where the most important emphasis has always been placed on our people.
