Pros
The company used to be a genuinely good place to work. The environment was supportive, and employees felt valued. Many of us joined because of that culture.
Cons
Unfortunately, things have changed significantly. Work-life balance has become almost nonexistent. Despite policies stating that late logins won’t be counted against employees, in reality we’re often expected to stay long beyond regular hours sometimes until 10 or 11 PM to finish work.
HR policies often feel inconsistent and don’t seem to apply equally to everyone. Some employees appear to receive exceptions, which creates a sense of unfairness across the team. Leadership expects strict adherence from employees but doesn’t always model the same behavior themselves.
There are also situations where HR does not follow the same attendance policies expected from employees for example, coming in late without recording a biometric entry.
Regarding hiring, the process doesn’t seem effective. Positions remain open for long periods, and suitable candidates are often not identified, yet the team still seems occupied without delivering clear results. This gives the impression that time is not being used productively, which impacts the overall efficiency of the company.
Additionally, when cost-cutting or salary decisions are discussed, policies are emphasized strongly, but when certain favored employees receive hikes, those same policies are not applied consistently. This affects trust and morale across the organization.
There is a feeling among many employees that the HR approach has shifted the company culture but not for the better. What was once a great place with strong values now feels much more stressful and imbalanced.
