      Pros

      Great Salary, pension/life cover, fantastic work life balance, amazing team and a Director and managers who actually care about the employees.

      Cons

      Little to no promotion opportunities, but yearly salary rises are good and courses encouraged and funded. A couple more Annual Leave days would be a nice perk,

      Pros

      - Great location with a sea view and Dart, bus and cycle lanes to city centre. - Nick, the MD, actually cares about his staff and goes to great lengths to promote positive work culture. - Opportunities to further your skillsets and education. - You never feel like a cog in a wheel, the MD treats you like a business partner, not employee. - Plenty of company outings, free fruit and coffee throughout the week and baked treats on a Friday (Sometimes beer if it's been a long week)

      Cons

      The company is expanding at the moment so there's a bit of chopping and changing of desks/equipment etc.
