Meeting customer expectations could be stressful.

Pretty laid back. Constant change of work pace. Overtime non mandatory. Decent insurance and 401k. Decent pay.

Lack of communication. Management doesn't listen to employees. Very hot and humid during hot months and can be very cold during winter months.
