Pros
Excellent work/life balance! These people understand that we work hard to play hard and they get that people have families that need their attention. They are incredibly knowledgable of the industry they staff and will go above and beyond to help clients and candidates. Once you're a friend...you're a friend for life!
Cons
It's a smaller company...so there isn't a structured training program. Those that will do well are those that thrive on being thrown into it.
