Pros
Probably the best pro here is the work environment. It’s a pretty small company and the people who work here are efficient and get along well. If there are disagreements they end with calm, constructive conversation; as a note, I say this as it pertains to business disagreements, there’s not really personal drama - I keep waiting for someone to flip a table but sadly it’s really just been pleasantness and talking about beer and HBO shows so far. I’ll also add that everyone is really supportive if you need help or have questions; in short, everyone works well as a team. Dress code is relaxed (I’m talking flip-flops and jeans) and as long as everything is getting done, there’s a good amount of flexibility, not to mention the above average amount of vacation days. Solid work/life balance here! There’s steady growth and continual work towards making bigger and better strides in business and product development; it’s not a stagnant environment. I’m not really involved in the technical side so much, but can still see that they’re laying plans and making improvements consistently on that front.
Cons
Sometimes someone(s) will sneak up on you and shoot you with a nerf gun with no warning and it will scare the crap out of you. Otherwise, there aren’t a ton of cons that come to mind – not crazy about the office location, but that’s nothing too bad and it’s also subject to change in the future.
