Pros
I initially joined 360 GSP with only limited digital marketing experience. However I was immediately trusted by senior staff members to work independently as well as a part of a team, exposing me to a wide range of marketing channels and tools. In general, 360 GSP provided me with the perfect platform to develop my skills and gain hands-on digital marketing experience. I met some great people and am grateful for the opportunities I was given throughout my time there.
Cons
Working in a fast-paced environment as part of a small team meant that it could sometimes be difficult to stay on top of my task list in order to help meet ever-changing business needs. At times it would have been helpful if priorities were agreed upon and communicated explicitly throughout the company.
