Pros
I've worked with the company in different roles and capacities for over 3 years, and they have experienced so much growth and positive transformation during that time! This is a fast-growing, fast-paced agency that works with a lot of really big-name clients and famous brands, so there is ample opportunity to add some impressive names to your portfolio. And, even though they are growing quickly, the company is still small enough so that there is a familial feeling, and you really do get the sense that your contributions matter. But, perhaps the best thing about this company is its culture of inclusion, diversity, and work/life balance. They employ people from all over the world, and create a multicultural work environment that is welcoming and truly celebrates different ideas, backgrounds, perspectives, and talents. Most impressive (and inspiring) is the presence of strong female senior leadership in the company. This is the only company I've ever worked for that has such a strong support system for working mothers and fathers and provides employees with flexible work options they need to maintain high performance at work and reach their professional goals without having to sacrifice their personal lives. Multiplica truly cares about the overall well-being, both professional AND personal, of their team member -- a very rare find in today's world that often penalizes people for having rich personal lives.
Cons
this isn't a con, but something to be aware of if you join the team. Because the company is growing, this is not the place to come an "hide" or rest on your laurels. There is a lot of visibility on each team member and every person in the company plays a very important role in shaping its future. If you work here, your input really matters, and you have a lot of opportunities to make a difference. So, if you're not ready to be seen, to be a part of something big, or to contribute and collaborate, this probably isn't the place for you.
