Pros
360BH has all the industry standard perks (flexible-ish schedule - better make sure you max your billable time, working with kids, making a difference, etc.). Nothing special sets 360 apart or makes the company worth investing in long term. It is a decent stepping stone job for experience to better companies with higher pay and better values.
Cons
low pay, low appreciation, overworked supervisory staff, soulless company. They overprescribe hours to families and then punish them and the clinical team when the hours can't be met due to reasonable barriers such as school, other services, medical needs, etc.. They have now started having staff work on holidays (such as Memorial day, July 4th) as well to try and keep up.
