Firstly, I want to thank you for your feedback. I want to address the points you made as I agree that they are important and worth a thoughtful response. We firmly acknowledge that the information you have provided is important and worthy of a thoughtful response. We sincerely apologize that we did not meet your expectations during your time with us.
With regards to your specific points made towards our management team, we aim to channel all the feedback we are given to improve ourselves and our company. We have been undertaking several initiatives to ensure that we live up to our leadership potential.
Our improvement initiatives include a book club, informing ourselves about how to be better leaders, circulating a talent optimization assessment for our employees and leaders, successfully improving our communication and collaboration as a team, and finally, our leaders are dedicated to continuing their training and creating the best workplace possible. Creating formal training materials and processes will be a source of continuous adaptation and education. We have ensured that our team knows we welcome all feedback, positive or negative, and ideas in our workplace.
Our positive workplace culture is something we feel sets us apart. While we agree that earlier this year, the environment here was less positive, we have worked tirelessly to promote proactivity and clear communication. We consistently request feedback from our clients and employees, which we feel has made 33 stronger than ever.
Again, we would like to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We have an open-door policy, welcoming feedback even in the exit interview process. We believe this receptivity to criticism helps make us better as a company and as people.
Thank you again.
