      1. Friendly coworkers 2. Fun socials 3. Bi-weekly lunches 4. Nice office

      1. Benefits are pretty much non-existent for a company of this size, and the annual leave allowance is the bare minimum. 2. Work/life balance isn’t great as the culture leans heavily towards overworking, so burnout happens quite quickly. 3. There’s an unspoken stigma around taking sick leave, which is strange for a company in healthcare. 4. Company values autonomy on paper, but in reality there’s a strong micromanagement culture. 5. Expectations can be unrealistic at times, which makes it hard to keep up with the constantly increasing workload.

      Pros

      It's an intense startup environment where you'll learn a lot very quickly, but also be given a lot of ownership asap and expected to drive impact from your first day - it's fulfilling but pretty full-on. The company expects a lot of hard/smart work from its people, but has a great mission which I personally find keeps me going on the intense/busy days. The team is great, very collaborative, smart and genuinely nice people. Management has high expectations but also runs things rationally and has a lot of collective experience.

      Cons

      The pace means things often change quickly which can be destabilising. There are also teething pains as we grow, with processes still maturing. If you're used to a very structured environment, it's going to take some adjustment.
