Great Experience - Jr. Ecommerce Coordinator 32 Degrees Employee Review

Can only speak for the ecommerce department. I love it here, but I also understand why some people wouldn't, which is okay - quite a few people have been here for a very long time, which has to speak to something about the environment. As a company we run pretty lean, so it can be a lot of work, but the work is meaningful and there's a lot of freedom and room for upward mobility/ development. Good pay + year end bonuses, and Fridays are half days all year (not just summers).

No ability to work from home.

Lack of management/leadership Unclear expectations from manager Management does not actually MANAGE, they just secretly talk about you behind your back. Long unreasonable hours, no remote work option, no work-life balance Employees are fake Hispanic employees have some sort of hierachy over other non-hispanic employees.
