The co-workers are really nice and easy going, and occasionally you'll meet the acts.

Compared to Palace, where there were only three people between me and upper management, here there are approximately eight people between me and upper management. Many of these people we have no idea what they do, many of them are incompetent, and many of them have their positions via politics or family connections. We only make as much as, if not less than, we made at the Palace. It's very clear that management are trying to lowball us at every turn. It took me five weeks to be paid properly when I first came on. I'm told those who came on full-time from the Palace were supposed to receive a performance review and a 1% raise each year, and they have not done so yet. It's also very clear that they have a problem with Palace people down there. It seems at every turn if a Palace person is up for a position, they pass over them or bring someone in from outside.
