3 Step Collections

Is this your company?

A total disappointment and time I will never get back. - Collections and Customer Service 3 Step Collections Employee Review

Pros

Flexible hours and if you work harder you can possibly make more money.

Cons

You are totally at the mercy of the husband and wife owners. They financially punish contractors and employees if you don't laugh at there jokes, share their same views or hang out with them. Your whole experience would be a series of broken promises, cliques, and manipulation.

Pros

Challenging work in a privately owned company. Managers work side by side with you. Open door policies.

Cons

Small company, benefits are not very good but they are available.

Pros

I worked for similar companies in the past and this is a good one for this field. The management is really hands off if you're doing your job. The only issues come from the nature of the job itself. You get a high degree of freedom on your day, but your check can depend quite a bit on luck of the draw. Recovering equipment and collecting payments are how you're going to get big checks. If you stick with it and change up your contact times every day, those slow weeks should be fairly rare, but they happen. Also, don't be afraid to talk to the management. They're great people and will work with you if you have issues. They realize every city is a bit different so the same rules don't work everywhere. Your base compensations for things like fuel can be negotiable if you have reason.

Cons

using your own vehicle, commission work
