Work hard... or don't, most don't, Either way you'll get paid and you'll get stepped on while you do it. 4 different executive chefs in 1 summer demonstrates the money wasn't worth it. They lied about the housing situation, took extra rent payments out towards the end, and didn't return safety deposit until legal action was applied 3 months after leaving, still owed around $600 but I'll never see it.
