The workload can be overwhelming

It was great seeing the company grow while keeping a close-knit, team-oriented feel. Leadership was approachable, hands-on, and always willing to help. I felt trusted to do my job without being micromanaged, which made work really enjoyable. Overall, a positive experience with great people and a culture that truly values collaboration.

Insurance for “Family” was a little expensive but that seemed to be getting better as the company grew. The “single” insurance was good.
