Pros

There were no pros in my opinion.

Cons

Manager changed the day I started. The focus on day one changed from sales to hubspot clean up. There was no training just material to read. There were no sales processes. Six weeks into the job I was told they are downsizing and 2 of the 3 hired are bring let go.

Pros

Office next to the Beltline (ATL!). This honestly might be the only pro.

Cons

Terrible leadership, terrible pay, terrible culture/morale. The pay was actually so bad I thought about trading in my stock for a pay bump once I realized my equity probably wouldn't mean much down the road. Don't put your mental/emotional/financial/physical stock in this company hoping for the best. They will do their best to sell you on the dream, but as soon as things go downhill, it won't be long before you see that no one has your back until they think they might actually need you. There were times when I envied the hourly workers because I realized they actually got to clock out at the end of the day and leave the nonsense behind them. Seriously, if you think you're a genuinely intelligent person with potential, look for work elsewhere.
