- Incompetent managers (they micro manage everything, yell at you for no reason, give no guidance, no vision, no strategy) - No communication (across teams, from management, to customers....) - No processes (everything is done manually with excel files) - No work flexibility regarding times and holidays (you have to work extra hours but don't get paid) - You have to clean the kitchen and office (cleaning lady only does the toilet in the evening) - No career paths (no evolution possible as everyone is at the same level) - No HR team (no on-boarding, no training material, no salary / bonuses policy...) - Asked that employees write fake positive reviews on Glassdoor - list could go on and on and on... Just an awful place to work with the worst management. You will not grow or learn anything here. Turnover rate is above 60% in the last year, everyone with a bit of brains leaves after a few weeks (someone even left after 1 hour!). We do everything manually via Excel files and Google translate. We constantly lie to our customers, we never have any communication or clear strategy. The concept of the company is good but its so poorly managed. Managers don't care about your opinion, they are always right! We are bleeding employees and customers, but they don't care and don't see the problem. Avoid at all cost.
