1) 2 years Bond and you have to submit your original grade sheets
2) No promotion for freshers as they provide only one designation (Application support engineer) for years even if you employed since 5 years in this company
3) No variable pay if you are joined before 31st march
4) Even if you work in Insurance you may just get 3 Lakh Meiclaim which is even deducted from your CTC.
5) You will not get any compensation letter after appraisal.
