’ve been with 2B Living for about 9 months now, and I can honestly see myself being here long term. The work life balance is great, and I don’t feel like I’m expected to be a robot or never have a bad day. Upper management is supportive, and the team is genuinely friendly and helpful. It creates a really positive work environment. I actually enjoy coming into work, which says a lot.

None so far, but like any company, there’s always room to continue improving processes as the company grows.

I was with the company for 3 years but left to take care of family for a year. When I decided to move back to the area I was welcomed back to the company with opened arms. This month of me returning it has been like a tight-knit family reuniting into the work field. This company values it's employees and manage properties the right way.
