24HourTek is a small MSP that provides amazing service and has a great focus on employee satisfaction. Todd Moss is a passionate leader who wants to grow this business and has done a great job at getting a fantastic team together.
Cons
The company is still somewhat small, but Todd's vision is to grow this company and with patience this team will grow. I don't consider this a Con as much as something to be aware of.

- A truly team-oriented work culture that is extremely rare in the MSP space
- Remote workforce (everyone gets the option to work from home)
- Generous pay above market rate and quality of life offerings such as cell phone stipend.
- Supportive management and executive team
- Exposure to many different technologies and industries
Cons
I really can't think of any major cons. 24hourtek is a great place to work! I suppose the benefits could be better, but they are a small company. The provided benefits are not extraordinary, but are in line with what I've seen elsewhere.
