Paid pretty decent for what the role was, and the job was pretty forgiving I would say. Hours were good too on the days were I was working.

Temp positions comes with certain downsides like scheduling and being at potentially more then one retail location

Easy quick jobs when you’re working freelance

If you’re a good worker there will be a $20,000 fee to get you out your contact with 24seven to work with any company that wants to take you on as a full time employee. If you’re not a top tier worker the price to buy you out the contract won’t be as high. This has prevented me from getting 2 separate jobs because the company couldn’t afford to buy me out my contract and I was left working freelance instead of working a full time job! I understand they need to retain employees but it made me loose a lot of money. I was prevented from getting commission at a retail job I was working and if I was able to actually work with the company like the manager wanted I would’ve made thousands off the shoes I sold.
