      Pros

      I started at 24-7 in touch a few years back and I was able to start off as a csr and have moved up to csr 2 and sme and then now a team lead. You just need to put in some work and dedication and you'll get your chance to move up and show your skills! Honestly this company has been life changing for me to help me grow!

      Cons

      You need to put in the effort to learn everything about the account to grow.
