Worst year of my life. Unrealistic targets, crazy leadership team. Contact you 24/7. Made me feel very anxious which I never have been. I knew it was a mistake within a few weeks but the job market is tough at the moment for what I do so couldn't find anything else quickly.

Clinics are modern , nice environments to work in with no expense spared on the set-up. Non management staff are pleasant, hard working and friendly and diligent. Fast growing company

I would strongly : and i do mean strongly advise against working here. People have been placed into management positions, such as head of operations who have no business being in that position. The abuse of power is tyrannical and you will be threatened with your job. Its relentless, no care or consideration for you or those around you. Completely unprofessional behaviors. Back stabbing, name calling. All in a bid to ensure the weird narcissistic CEO is kept happy regardless of any moral standing. Absolutely vile place and so many have this high importance of self worth because they are in positions of power. Sad really, that your life is 21D and you need to be 'switched on' 100 percent of the time to prove your worth. Advise to potential employees ; please read the reviews on here. The positive ones are fake and were asked to be written by management . Save yourself, i know, its good money, i know it seems exciting but i promise you ; you will suffer at the hands of this company.
