Flexible schedule and fun to work at.

Can be stressful at time, but not too bad.

Very fun work environment, where you are able to offer recommendations and flavor combinations to customers. I had many nice conversations with people who wanted to enjoy frozen yogurt with their loved ones. A job where you can jump between multiple responsibilities, and very fast-paced. For someone that likes to keep moving and not stagnant.

There was some intimidation from higher ups when I was late a couple of minutes due to a family emergency. I truly felt like the woman was not understanding at all, and was extremely cold even though it was the first and only time that had happened while I worked there.
