Pros

- This company has no pros. Sorry

Cons

- Senior management decided to open an office in Bangalore. Hired people and fired them within 4-5 months of joining - Very bad communication tactics - The HR team is very unfriendly and unapproachable - Senior-level managers play the favouritism game - Join if you can be a "yes man" and would not like to use your brain to contribute to your work - Horrible working hours expectations. No work-life balance, and if you try to have one, you can be reprimanded and put on PIP for that. - They will agree to hire you at a certain salary and then fire you later, saying that you are overapid.

Pros

Rare opportunity to build early-stage companies from the ground up within a structured venture-building ecosystem. Culture of problem-solving and frugality — teaches you how to do more with less and focus on what truly matters. High density of talent — colleagues are sharp, self-driven, and mission-oriented, which makes every day intellectually stimulating. Unique exposure to both local and global healthcare business models, offering a steep learning curve for anyone interested in scaling impactful solutions. A strong sense of purpose and mission — working on problems that make a dent in healthcare, which is a critical need of the hour in India and globally.

Cons

As with any early-stage, high-growth environment, the pace can be demanding; best suited for those who thrive in ambiguity, uncertainty and fast problem-solving.

Pros

Best-in-class team: The talent bar here is higher than at many of the most well-known funds in India. You’ll be surrounded by smart, driven people who push you to do your best work. Impactful mission: The work is focused on fundamentally reshaping healthcare in India. If you are truly mission-driven about healthcare, this is the place to be. Exposure to global experts: You get to interact with leading minds in healthcare across the world, which is rare and highly enriching. Venture building experience: Unlike a typical VC fund, here you actually get to build multiple startups from zero-to-one. It’s fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fun. Open and supportive management: Leadership is receptive to feedback and is composed of some truly top-notch professionals.

Cons

This is not a traditional VC role. You won’t be doing sourcing or driving end-to-end investments; the focus is more on research, thesis-building, and venture creation.
