      Weak at the Top, unqualified to say the least. all |Exec and senior team poorly educated, most would not get a job at a real firm.

      Cons

      nobody would make a career for life due to incompetence of leadership group.

      Easy Work managers easy to deal with and easy going surrounded by lots of venues get lots of half days overtime lots

      Pretty easy job and you learn a lot about the mall industry

      Cons

      Gets boring quickly, when it's not the Christmas season shifts can be really slow. Definitely not a long term job.
