Commission Scheme is unreal One day a week in office andy more is up to you One of the best supportive recruitment environments Ive seen - James and Gary are there to coach and step in when required Grown Up working environment and culture Anyone that has posted negatively on here about 1st Executive have failed to perform - you are massivly looked after if you deliver - its not easy and recruitment never is but the rewards are massive 26 days hols plus up to 12 wellness days - you will struggle to find better in the market

Recruitment is tough especially if Junior - dont expect to be spoon fed they only hire experienced consultants with great track records

- KPI driven environment - Got rid of wellness days - 24/7 monitoring/trust issues - No recognition for profitable people - No such thing as salary increase

- Management are toxic, don’t care about anyone and only take care of themselves - One of the managers, she screams and swears at her team regularly and has zero respect for anyone below Director level - They’ve sacked consultants rather than paying them big commission checks and then the directors pocketed the money - Zero diversity, old school business - Micro Management & KPI driven
