I take on board your feedback regarding our pensions, and as a result, we’ll be increasing the pension percentage awarded for employee-grade colleagues, which will come into effect in April. As you pointed out, we’ve addressed the issue of parking in Haywards Heath by introducing an app where colleagues can release their parking space when it’s not being used, opening up availability for others.
