      Pros

      -Multicultural and multidisciplinary environment -Nice, funny, helpful people -Great support in relocation, handling document works -Always targeting better and higher in quality of products -Being responsible for whole product cycle -Management team always care for employees

      Cons

      Typical problems that each growing company experiments. Not big issues, probably because people are trying to give their best when they face with problems.
