Generous compensation, but the benefits are expensive. Beautiful office with open floor plan concept. Extremely nice and supportive co-workers.
Cons
My first day, one of the partners told me I would spend at least three months training, learning systems and procedures and I got none of that. That's really not an issue, but don't set the expectation if it's not going to happen, and don't fire someone for not having the skillset if you aren't going to train them.
There is a lot of micromanaging and miscommunication. When the miscommunication is pointed out, it is met with, "oh I didn't mean it that way". One manager in particular is not open to suggestions and will stick up her nose like she's disgusted with the idea and immediately say no. Then she will interrupt you over and over again until you just give up trying to explain your case. It's exhausting and stressful.
