Pros
The office was trendy and you get to work with some great clients.
Cons
Long work hours is just the tip of the iceberg. On top of extreme hours, outside those hours, I was bombarded with texts, emails and calls to complete tasks on my own time. Overtime was not acknowledged, let alone paid. The favouritism in the office was obvious and present. The office had a very sink or swim aura to it, no training was provided to any new employees. The management wasn't great. Elevated results would be promised to each client, although the team was never numerous enough to deliver, there are only so many hours in a day. Management would never take the blame for this, just punished the team and made excuses to the client. Burnouts were mandatory. Management uses scare tactics into keeping employees quiet about expressing how they feel about the company.
