(While you have a lot on your plate) 4) Client churn is very high: many clients join and leave within 1–2 months, often right after onboarding. 5) In several situations, there is little to no preparation: sometimes you are not even properly introduced to a client and are placed directly into calls where the client is already upset. 6)Team members disappear suddenly, and you may receive 10–15 new accounts at once, while still being expected to deliver excellence and high-quality results. Every week something like that happens. 7) The company culture is constantly centered around emergencies. Expressions like “there is a fire in this account” or “we need to focus our firepower here” are very common, which creates a permanent state of stress and urgency.
