A really great place not to be - Network Analyst 1901 Group Employee Review

Quite a few. Why have negative reviews disappeared and a lot of what appears to be management padding posts wound up on here? 1901 Group is a high stress, super fast paced, guidance is definitely lacking environment, regardless of their continual preaching of ITIL. They don't practice what they preach, definite lack of effective customer specific training for their employees. I could go on and on with reasons NOT to work at 1901 Group, but seems like well written negative reviews disappear anyway. Promotions are granted based on office politics reasons versus skill and knowledge. I'd love to give candid insights as to why on particular Service Level Manager was promoted to her position, but 1901 would likely manage to get the review yanked. All I can say is ask around locally (Blacksburg) regarding the companies reputation prior to accepting a position with them. Pay is not competitive and raises are almost non existent (unless you manage to get in the right friend circle)
