I have been working at 1901 Group for almost one year. For the most part the atmosphere is positive. The CEO is very generous and tries his best to meet the needs of the employees. 1901 Group is expanding and growing at a very rapid rate, causing a large amount of internal promotion opportunities. Your managers will work with you to determine the career path best for you. In addition, the company will pay for you to get certifications. Management and HR are easy to work with and are reasonable. The most important thing 1901 Group offers is a good work/life balance. The medical, dental and vision provided are extremely good. PTO and Holidays offered are very good. 1901 Group provides free lunch every other Friday, a stocked kitchen (soft drinks, coffee and snacks), opportunities to go to Virginia Tech Home Games, and a Holiday Party at the Hotel Roanoke.

Sometimes the floor can get a bit loud, but this is to be expected in a call center environment.
