Contributing to an area of health that needs help gives you a great sense of fulfilment and purpose.
Cons
A very young leadership team who create stressful environments. Expect back stabbing and frustration when things don't go their way, and a high staff turnover. Backed by private equity from the US which doesn't help. 'Support' from private investors in the US is basically 'my way or the high way', although there are some good people there. I think they're worried they've been sold a pup.
