- Extremely high staff turnover. - Treacherous management. - No support or training whatsoever. - Abysmal work/life balance. Any negative review you see regarding this company is true and to be taken at face value, which explains why there's an 18 Week Support employee replying to every single review - most likely replying to themselves under the more positive ones (LMAO!). The pay was decent along with incentives but that was as far as it went. You're essentially thrown into the deep end from the start, with very little training. You receive almost no support from your managers as they're always in a meeting or away from the desk, instead you have to turn to your colleagues who are just as overworked as you are. I often found myself working way past close of play, and there are probably not many employees there that have stayed on longer than a year. Crabs in a bucket culture, progression means throwing people under the bus and passing on mistakes to those in lower positions. Out dated systems that not even the most longstanding employees can completely understand. Anyone with a modicum of talent, dignity or basic compassion should not work here.
