working for a top 1000 comScore ranked web site.

Cons

Run by two brothers that don't work together. Even though the site is geared to the American Market, they are located in India. Their artwork is not attractive to the American Market. Put projects in place that would take two weeks in the US; here they took months. QA group didn't understand English so content was seriously flawed. They offered Spanish cards that they translated on Babelfish - made no sense.

I work here since I was 15 years old. They expose my creativity worldwide. Now I am employed as ecard developer in contract basis. Earning Money while learning...

Cons

We have to create cards according to mindset of US people. As I am from Indian origin , find it difficult to judge their taste.

Pros

You create e-cards in your own timeline. There is no real pressure. The more quality creations you upload, the more you make. The "Team Leader" is extremely kind and easy to work with.

Cons

There is no transparency. You must take their word for how many "sends" you achieved, and they only provide a daily total to the top 10 artists. The website is antiquated and nobody seems interested in updating it.
