Fast-paced environment with opportunities to gain broad telecom and FTTx experience quickly. Employees are often given significant responsibility and exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects.
Cons
Leadership communication, organizational structure, and employee relations need significant improvement. My separation from the company was handled poorly and left a disappointing impression after years of contribution and commitment. Frequent ambiguity around direction, expectations, and decision-making created unnecessary instability across teams.
