They do say they're trying to fix this, but it seems like they're just making it more complex by adding all sorts of different technologies to the stack when all they really need is a crud app with some horizontal scalability. Their agile practices are not good at all, arbitrarily assigned point values are used to judge your productivity, and if you just have a bad sprint or a card blows up, you're on a Performance Plan.
