As a small company, you may find them to be a little unorganized at times. It took some time to find out what services and solutions they have delivered to clients. My first offer was a low-ball offer. I negotiated and ended up 20% higher.

I truly enjoyed my colleagues and the work I did for the company. Pay was good.
