Cons
Employer makes very late payments, poor organization, disorganized project management, low morale, uninspiring projects. A bush league organization from top to bottom. Did not deliver complete materials to complete work then blamed me for incomplete work. No project documentation of guidelines that could be followed, resulting in constant change orders. Misrepresented the amount of work to be done, rushed to sign contract and begin work, then after work was completed renegotiated the contract to pay lower rate. Took nearly 90 days and over 6 invoice submissions before payment was finally made. Avoid at all costs.
