Pros

Good communication and follow up from the people that organized and conducted the meetings.

Cons

Taking FOREVER to get paid. I provided quality information and 45 days later I still have not been paid. Other companies that provide market research are good about paying with a check and right away. 10EQS wants you to use pay pal. They were nice but not worth my time for the amount of follow up necessary to get paid.
