Good people, not so good management - Anonymous employee 108 ideaspace Employee Review

I have been working at 108ideaspace for over 3 years, and it has been an incredible experience. The company culture is one of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Management truly cares about the well-being and growth of their employees, providing ample opportunities for professional development and advancement. The work-life balance at 108ideaspace is exceptional. The team is comprised of talented individuals who are passionate about their work, making it a stimulating environment to be a part of. Nothing i can think of

I have been working with the company from last 8 months as a Senior developer. I had my doubts when I joined 108 ideaspace because I work offshore and was supposed to be 100% remote. However, everything seems well established. Managers are there to help whenever you need them. There is a monthly feedback and appraisal process. Employees are asked to rate their own performance and even their managers on a monthly basis. There is a culture of instant reward/reprimand. If you are dedicated towards the work you will be appreciated and vice-versa. All team members are connected with each other via Slack and a number of other systems help the business function. If you are looking for a long-term opportunity, this is a good company to work for.

Everything is good so far. Have not found any cons.
