Pros
Management will listen to your needs and concerns. They coach you every step of the way and will not lead you astray. Everyone is super positive and encourages success for everybody. I enjoy working for a company that actually cares for the wellbeing and outcome of the recipients we help on a day to day basis. Floor staff is always on top of making sure we are comfortable in the environment we are in 8 hours a day, especially Aisha!
Cons
We get sent home on "slow days" if we are not "preforming". Training classes could be a little bit more thorough especially for people who have never worked in this type of environment or industry before. The floor can be a little too loud when we are on the line sometimes.
