1. Nice "cool" technology. Ok, now get over it 2. Ok salary (not what was promised though for bonuses, advancement, etc. despite good appraisals)

1. Everyone avoids responsibilities, even those in high level positions. 2. Paleolithic management mentality, as of lately stick to 9-5. 3. Lack of technical oversight, (someone has to have skills for that) 4. Made 15 engineers redundant without any previous sign
