Many hiring decisions, including management, are made based on friendships or whether or not upper management think they're attractive. Leading to a culture of incompetency that values beauty and nepotism above all else. The way young female employees are talked about is an hr timebomb, honestly. Main takeaway, the sustainability and care for employees is a veneer. This business cares about optics and profit and nothing more.
