Pros

Pros include remote work flexibility and flexible time off.

Cons

The transition from Lippe Taylor to Prompt has not, in my experience, resolved ongoing cultural and organizational challenges. There appears to be a lack of alignment within senior leadership, which can make it difficult to establish a clear and consistent direction for the agency. There are also concerns around representation and diversity within the executive team, particularly in terms of age and broader inclusivity. Over time, I’ve observed a shift in the organization’s DEI focus, which has contributed to perceptions of a less inclusive environment. Frequent strategic pivots, including the strong emphasis on AI and evolving agency positioning, have also created a sense of instability and change fatigue. Combined with ongoing restructuring and turnover of strong talent, this has impacted overall morale and continuity across teams. The constant grandstanding on LinkedIn by the CEO as an AI expert is annoying.

Pros

The interview process was a real two-way conversation rather than a gauntlet of questions. The hiring team was genuinely enthusiastic and open, sharing a level of detail about the company that made me feel like part of the team before I'd even accepted. Everyone I spoke with answered my questions thoughtfully and authentically, nothing felt rehearsed or exaggerated to sell me on the place, which paradoxically made me want to be there more. One major standout for me was I got to talk with our CEO, Paul, as part of my interview. The fact that he makes a point of meeting every candidate says volumes about the culture and how much leadership actually cares. Onboarding kept that momentum. I was into meaningful client work quickly but with enough support that it never felt like being thrown in the deep end. The caliber of accounts is a genuine draw, substantive, high-stakes work for serious clients rather than busywork. And the people are smart, collaborative, and invested in the craft of the work, not just shipping deliverables. There's real autonomy here if you want to own outcomes and own your work.

Cons

Not for everyone so as a con, the pace is fast and the breadth is wide, so the early ramp means absorbing a lot across multiple accounts at once, it rewards people who are comfortable juggling and self-directing. If you need rigid structure and a fully mapped-out playbook for everything, parts of onboarding can feel like building the plane while flying it. This may not be the agency for everyone but there are also accounts/pace you can find that can help make prompt your own.

Pros

Pros include flexible time off, paid holidays, and the opportunity to learn from smart, experienced colleagues.

Cons

The company has gone through many iterations over the years, but the direction behind those changes has often felt unclear. Frequent shifts in branding and positioning have left many long-term employees confused about the agency’s vision and goals. Leadership visibility and accountability have also been concerns, as it has not always been clear what certain executives are responsible for or how decisions align with the company’s broader strategy. Change can be positive when it is tied to clear objectives, but in this case, rebranding alone has not addressed deeper issues related to leadership or employee experience. Unfortunately, the company has lost many talented individuals, while workplace dynamics at times seem to reward competitiveness over collaboration. There have also been leadership decisions and promotions that have been difficult for employees to understand. The culture can feel cliquish and exclusionary, with some feeling that opportunities and inclusion are not experienced equally across the organization.
