Business outlook
Pros
- location is beautiful
- people are kind, capable and trustworthy
- care for employees is tangible
- culture is lived out
- benefits take care of me and my family
- bonuses!
- leadership is hardworking and compassionate
- random fun things throughout the year
- lots of pets we love pets
- pay is good and good work gets recognized and rewarded
Cons
- Parking (not too big a deal)
- work tends to seep into later times and weekends (not regularly, but could be tough sometimes (This also could just be something I can work on)) I'd ask for overtime, but bonuses feel pretty nice and make it feel worth it!
- There is potential to be asked of a lot to do but the outcomes are often worth it.
- old building comes with its issues but legacy comes at a cost I guess! Everything is renovated and upgraded every now and then but carpets and blinds are meh
