Pros

Cafeteria, incentives, rewards n recognitions(monthly and quarterly)

Cons

Micromanagement, the Manager won't listen to you at all. If you're doing good. He will consider you a threat. He needs puppets who don't talk or Don't have any opinion to work for him. if you're sick they won't approve unless you provide them with a prescription or medical certificate. Even though you have earned leaves. More than 2 leaves you'll loose your hard earned incentives. Hr is management's puppet. If you talk to them they'll tell the whole conversation to the management and then management will find ways to remove you.

Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to know that you found value in the cafeteria, incentives, rewards and recognition programs. At the same time, we take concerns related to manager support, workplace experience and leave processes seriously. We would like to clarify that rewards and recognition are driven through defined performance and contribution-based criteria. Leave approvals are also reviewed as per business requirements, planned availability and applicable policy guidelines. Unscheduled absenteeism or repeated exceptions may impact monthly performance parameters, as these are linked to operational requirements. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with the relevant team for review.
